Hello!
You want to change something in your life? At work? In private life? Or both?
You want to advance professionally or develop as a leader?
But you’re somehow stuck and not really getting anywhere? Or isthere a challenge or conflict that you cannot resolve on your own?
Then you’ve come to the right place.
The goal
As a coach, everything I do revolves around personal growth. Questions like: Who am I? What defines me? Who do I want to be tomorrow? What’s important to me? And what do I want to achieve in my life moving forward? How can I deal better with life’s challenges? And grow by resolving those?
Let’s find out together …

About me
Who am I, and if so, how many?
As a systemic coach, I am first and foremost a “travel companion” for you. I am also an entrepreneur, consultant, do-gooder, musician, artist, son, partner, father and friend. So I am many things.
And I’ve seen and experienced quite a lot in my life. I have made a career for myself. I was very successful in my job. And I failed. I had a burnout. And I grew from it. I know the game. And I don’t feel like playing it anymore. I like people. And know from my own experience what potential lies dormant in them – but also what challenges and traumas. I have the privilege of being an old white man. And I’m a feminist at the same time. I am spiritual. And stand with both feet on the ground. I love. And I know what real loss means. So I bring a lot with me – for our mutual journey …

The journey
I was actually planning to list all my education and training here. That’s what coaches like to do. After all, as a client you want someone with expertise. To feel that you are in good hands. I understand that very well. Coaching is often unfamiliar territory at first. But unfortunately, all these certificates don’t say much in the end. Especially not whether it will be good.
Much more important is whether you can trust me as your “travel companion”. Because the really important questions in life are often not so easy to answer. This requires a safe and protected space. Especially for things that are unpleasant and perhaps hurt a little at first. After all, you meet yourself again and again every day.
Furthermore, my experience is that we first have to allow and invite our challenges and fears in order to make them discussable and workable. It’s not easy, but it’s worth it. Because then everything becomes suddenly very clear. And you can get into action and do things differently. First carefully, and then with real gusto and energy. Youwill find the protected space – or rather “courage space” – for this journey with me. In doing so, it is important to me to work together in a barrier- and diversity-sensitive way.
Long story short: So the real question is, do you have a good feeling about embarking on such a journey into the unknown with me?
You will only find outwhen we get to know each other. And that’s why this will be the first step. That way we can see if we can form a good travel duo. And best case, we then simply set off …
